Dear Senior Officers; Your point man in Cardiff Mr Tim Young has had a busy Easter weekend. But he has also been very active before, during and after the court appearances you have forced me to attend. He has now broken his conditions of release about 14 times. We know that there are two standards of proof. The one Mr. Tim Young has to follow, whereby he makes up stories then gets caught lying in court and then tells another lie only to get caught again. But undaunted he is quick to tell another lie. Perhaps that is why Officer Moore says he is so smart. I do understand why he said we are both smart guys. Me because I cannot be provoked into violence, and your pal Mr Tim Young because he can tell many lies, which you accept as God's truth. The other standard of proof, is a video tape or audio file that has been accepted by the court even after being rejected by the police. No I have not caught all of Mr. Young's violations on tape. But the ones I have are of much higher quality. I would now suggest to you that by now you must have told Mr. Young to tape or record any lawlessness on my part as proof. I would even suggest that you should have used tax money to purchase such equipment and lend it to Mr. Young, after all it's cheaper than dragging innocent folks through the courts. I have indirectly sent my new evidence to the Federal Justice Minister, the RCMP, the Orillia Headquarter's, it's all the same, the letters may be slightly different however. We are in fear for our lives Mr. Young has now stated he will beat me until I'm brain damaged. He has also been spitting on me. The first time I had returned from working on our land with open wounds. I feel I have a right to know his HIV status. What would happen if he started spitting on Judge Hunter or the Federal Justice Minister? Are we all equal in Canada? Or am I really a stupid retard (Mr. Young's fav thing to call me) for thinking that is so? If you again ask me to sit down with Mr. Young, or write him a letter I will tell you to go to hell. If you again arrest me for no reason I will sue you. If you would like to do your job and save me from pressing charges at the next court date well gosh fellows that would be swell. As Mr. Young restarted his plan of ethic and ethnic cleaning I again have kept records, some of which I will now share with you, the OPP Bancroft will be getting only the ones that will be accepted by our fine courts. Oh by the way, Mr. Young really does like to take credit for his ongoing damage to my sawmill, any idea why? He sure does get angry when I spot it and make repairs before taking the mill to the jobsite. My guess was he didn't know that gaskets could be made at home, at least he learned something. On March 08, 2006 Noel and I were returning from an outing on our land, having worked in the garden I cut myself, on the hand. When we arrived home I let Noel out at the front (Mr. Young still throws rocks out his window) asking her to set up the tape recorder. Mr. Young also still makes threats and has started spitting at me. As I quickly drive the truck past his favorite rock throwing window into our garage and locked it with clamps, Mr. Young leaves his home to go and do something in his new van and spits at me several times. In the first audio file he leaves his house, calling me retard and spitting. I wait until I see Noel at the side door, with the tape recorder. I continue to walk and Mr. Young again spits at me, I looked at Noel and shook my head saying to her 'it's not nice to spit at your neighbour'. Noel shook her head back. Mr. Young calls me retard very low but loud enough, then jumps into my comment to Noel actually confirming that he just spat at me. Saying well you are not a neighbour, you are a nut. Have you informed him it's ok to spit on eclectic folks, like me? For Officer Moore; who may think "I" assaulted Mr. Young's saliva with my face and hand, I was not communicating with Mr. Young, nor have I even once since being arrested. In the 14 times he has violated his conditions I have not spoken at all. This was the first and only time I actually even opened my mouth (save for catching him in 14 lies while questioning him in court in front Judge Hunter) within the presence of Mr. Young. I know full well his powers over the OPP. Noel has not said one word to him either but as Mr. Young doesn't have to obey any laws he doesn't. He was either replying to Noel or I. It is NOT ok to spit on anyone in Canada! On the 13 of April I noted some one tampered with the honda motor on my saw mill, does Mr. Young bill himself as a small engine master machinic? If you doubt he tampered with my mill by removing a fuel system gasket and parts you will be surprised I knew what and how to repair it without starting the engine or even trying to. After all Mr. Young has a baby in the house and that would be unkind of me, correct? Also having a baby in the house precludes Mr. Young from arrest, isn't that how you are looking at this? It's funny that Mr. Young felt it necessary to open his rock throwing window and pour a class of water out as I was repairing my mill, we of course all know for sure who was responsible. Oh due to Mr. Young's spitting, threats to beat me brain dead and ongoing assaults on my work equipment with fists and rocks I'm taking the advise of some OPP officers and others and installing a fence, I try and do so when Mr. Young is not home, that way I don't get spit on so much. As Mr. Young has stated last fall after I informed the owner of his residence, he would be breaking such a fence. I am take precautions and filming myself and my work, not so much to provide you with evidence of Mr. Young's crimes as to protect myself from another false arrest and malicious prosecution. If you feel I'm breaking any laws by attemping to protect myself please let me know asap. WE all know Mr. Young's right to vandalize and terrorise Noel & I and my gentle dogs far outweighs my Chartre Rights. On March 14, 2006. I was fixing the damage to my mill. I felt it was safe to do so as Mr. Young was gone. Mr. Young however arrived home. He was livid, as I was able to repair my mill at home. He came out side making his usual very low toned threats but he did say the he would be beating me good, holding up this fists, then called me Nazi boy (I guess if fag-boy, jew-boy and other stupid uncanadian names couldn't get me angry he figured nazi-boy may). He then said to me 'to wait, just wait'. Then as he walked in he said again that he doesn't care about the website, which is kinda strange, given what happened in court, which I feel I should get into detail about. It should be noted our dogs only bark after Mr. Young leaves his home to assault us or make threats. So far we have Mr. Young assaulting me with spit and threatening to beat me good, on tape. Is that breaking his conditions? Oh I've written to NASA (they have visited many of our pages) enquiring about their software to enhance video and audio files, they say on their site they have used it in law enforsement cases before, you folks don't have a copy of the VICAS ware i could borrow do you? Later when I attempted to shield my sawmill from Mr Timothy Young's ongoing damages he ran out of his house and pelted my truck with rocks, banging on the roof and pounding on the hood of my car saying I 'will look good with brain damage' as he goes inside. Confirming his earlier threat were he calls me nazi-boy. I am video taping myself backing the truck and mill into the garage, Noel is standing outside guiding me so I don't hit Mr. Young's van or damage the garage and new fence posts. Mr. Young's driveway, car or wellbeing were never in danger. However having watched Mr. Young trash my truck causing 3,500 damage I can understand the worry. He seems to feel that other people would mimic his criminal behaviours. He has a lot to learn about people who don't have an anger management problem. Still he had Noel out there with a camera and tape recorder because he can't keep his mouth shut even with conditions, as you will hear, he knew but perhaps too late. For the record Noel is not a bitch, Annie the dog he pelts with rocks is. The video is quite boring but we are advised to do this. What we have to listen to when we are outside doing boring everyday things is not so serene. I am very curious as to why backing my sawmill into my garage so Mr. Young can't do further damage is viewed by him as an instigation. Perhaps he will provide you with a video or audio tape of this. Due to court orders (inappropriate/illegal witness communication in the midst of a trial) these matters can under no circumstances be handled by Officer Moore. We filed a complaint against Officer Moore in January 2006 with the Orilla OPP Headquarters. Mr. Young has continually violated his conditions and we do not feel that the Bancroft OPP will protect us as a result of our filed complaint. We also do not feel that they will take action in regard to Mr. Young's many violations of his arrest conditions. We have faxed the Bancroft OPP, Orillia Headquarters and Justice Minister today regarding these violations. We are afraid of Mr. Youngs escalations over the last week and the fact that he has threatened us each time we had court dates. We don't know what to do and we want the OPP Headquarters to know that this is happening. I was falsely arrested last fall when I put a security light up on my garage to prevent my neighbor from continuing to do damage to my Jimmy SUV and sawmill and because he continually threatened to kill my wife, me and my pets. When I refused to mediate with the neighbor Officer Moore told me he would arrest me for 'similar charges' based on Mr. Young's say so although I was required to get proof of the neighbors threats which I had on video and audio recordings. Since both my wife and I refused mediation he then proceeded to arrest me approximately two weeks later.
