I went outside to try and finish the fence posts. Mr Young was gone. Everytime I start to do work within minutes Mr Young returns. Usually parking (Click here for pictures) so that I can't continue the work. I skipped 4 posts and worked toward the end of the driveway. About 15 feet from his south west rock throwing window. As I was working I could hear Mr Timapathy Young making threats and calling me names. He said "just wait till tonight sally boy-fag" Then said something kind of strange, "Poor jew boy has to go on compo (Canadian slang for worker's compensation) or migraines". It's weird because first Mr Young said it was to tramatizing to view the webpage about himself. Then he says on tape he doesn't care about the webpage. But apparently he reads or his buddy who threatened to make a page about me does. Anyway he yapped until I finished one more pole. I noted a cool person walk by, perhaps a friend of survivors I think he heard Mr Young's ramblings. Later after supper I had to start getting material together to make some jewelry. What I do usually is sit on the porch and tap out corrundom/sapphire crystals from their pegmite matrix. I have been doing this for 3 years in this manner. Never had a problem. The reason I do it on my porch is if a crystal is pried off and it falls away it's easy to find on the cement, in the grass it's almost impossible to find. Having done this for many years and having lost several nice stones I have learned just how hard and exactly where to strike the sample or host rock. About 17 minutes after started, Mr Young came storming out of Mr Spence's (his landlord) house and yelled "QUIT CHIPPING STONES AT MY HOUSE ASSHOLE..... FUCKING ROCK IDIOT) I'm not even going to tell you he threw a hand full or small stones (perhaps kitty litter) at me and my dog spike, because you can't hear it on the tape, so we must conclude it did not happen. I ignored him, so did my dog. I finished up and went inside. About an hour later the police are at my door. A nice police lady. She asked if I called the police? I assured her I didn't. She asked if I was complaining about some one "chipping rocks at my home" I assured her that I had not broken any laws. I then asked if she would like to hear what happened, she said yes. Noel came to the door and I asked her to chat with the police lady while I rewound the tape. I gave it to Noel and she gave it to the police lady to listen to. She heard what you will or can hear. Noel explained what was going on. The police lady then went over to chat to Mr Young. That was the end of it. I'm pissed that again Mr Young's wasting tax dollars sending the police who only hear him breaking his peace bond for that 20th time. Point of fact, I was about 45 feet away, on the side. And that area juts out a few feet in front of the end Mr Young's home. Physics being a science would make Mr Young's new allegations almost impossible. Further there is no sound of a crystal hitting his house on the tape. Perhaps that is what Mr Young meant when he said wait until tonight. He planned to sent the police on another wild goose chase. The sound is from inside the house. The sound is plastic sounding. The time is two seconds, the rock would not be going fast enough to overcome the force of gravity. The rock is traveling at about 10.8 miles an hour a rock traveling at that speed would only be about to travel about 3 feet, Tim has made the sound in his house to make another false allegation.  This is just one example of how Mr. Young uses the police and courts as a tool/weapon to harass us and divert attention from his own ongoing criminal activities. If you look on the page you will note this would be the fourth time he has summoned the police on false pretenses. The story Mr. Young spins this time is physically impossible because it violates the laws of gravity. This particular fabrication was to divert the police from carrying out their lawful duties, assuming that they are capable of carrying out their lawful duties regarding Mr. Young's criminal activities and continual breaking of his conditions for release.
