Here Mr Young breaks the newest fence post. The fence is going up because he
says our dogs jump up on him. I and Noel want it because he is a vandal who
spits and makes death threats. You can hear in the wave he actually
cracks the post, the concrete was poured about one hour earlier. I'm working
at the side door he says something I can (so should you) hear what he says but
don't understand what he means, it's some weird threat, I guess. Judge for yourself.

The following video shows Mr. Young leaving his house, going down from his porch,
standing behind his van and making the threats. The reason we are including this
video is simply for added proof. You cannot see Mr. Young make this threat, however,
you can see Mr. Young leave his house, see the door close, see Mr. Young go back
into his house and see the door close. Since the audio and video files are in real
time you can match the audio with the video file. In this file and the file where
Mr. Young breaks the post (second video below)and
makes a cryptic threat, the real time dynamic can be and should be applied for
greater proof. The video alone does not appear significant without the audios.
Note: The infra red video camera does not record sound and that is why we also
have a tape recorder.
Mr. Young didn't feel it was enough to stop there and continued with his
verbal harassment against his conditions of release. Here I am sanding a plank a
little later on inside my garage
with the garage door open. Mr. Young comes up to me, calls me a "F*ck*n retard"
and says
"I'm challenging you right now". At this point Mr. Young has been outside screaming
at me and making
threats. You can clearly hear his new baby crying in the background.
