This statement Mr. Young made in court is extremely troubling to me - and continues
to be. Don't let Mr. Young's warm fuzzy 'good guy' exterior fool you. It seems to us
Mr. Tim Young is a very powerful man able to arbitrarily lay charges with the
Belleville Crown Attorney Lee Burgess without real evidence. I now live in constant fear
and afraid to go out in public without a witness as it appears I can again be arrested at will
and maliciously prosecuted.
In this example I was questioning Mr. Young as to the discrepancy that Mr. Young claimed
that Officer Moore investigated the alledged crossbow incident whereas Officer Moore stated he
had not attended to the incident Mr. Young claims to have occurred. The Officer had stated he did
not know of an incident until after Nov 4, 2005 when Mr. Young almost burned down our garage. I was
questioning Mr. Young as to why he took so long to report such a serious charge and of course Mr. Young's
response is he's just a good guy.
