Video of Mr. Young being told, once again, to remove himself from
our Property
Mr Young moves the light and sensor to facilitate
his charter right to cause vandalism. At this point he thinks the infar-red
sensor is actually a video camera. When I installed the light I also placed a
telephone cord from our home, hoping that he would think we had a camera (web cam)
installed also. I wanted him to stop costing me money. Mr Young returned two more
times that night moving the fixture further, we don't know why.
The last words he says on the video, is "come out here" I feel from my
research this is grounds for laying the charge of "Breach of Peace". I also
feel that by me cautioning him three times to get off the property the charge
of "Trespassing" is appropriate. The rationale being, he threatened to kill my
lovely wife. The police are stymied to charge him with this ongoing criminal
behaviour. In Mr Young's defence I did call him a retard, a name he calls me
whenever I go outside and he feel that I am not standing up to him.
