Re: Transcripts relating to trial of Andy Efremov, DOB 09-24-62: Bancroft Provincial Criminal Court. Information No. C05046380; SP05146926

I represented myself in the above referenced case and would like a copy of the transcripts concerning that case. In particular I'd like to have a copy of the transcript from the second portion of the trial on June 20, 2006 as soon as possible. Also apparently transcripts from the first part my trial on March 28 were available to the Crown. As this is part of disclosure would it be possible that I receive a free copy. Further as I am a victim of a long ongoing series of hate crimes driving me into poverty would it be possible to receive the transcripts of the June 20 part of the trial at no cost. Enclosed is a copy of a few waiver certificate that has been accepted by other courts.

Please let me know as soon as possible so that I may attempt to sell what little family heirlooms I have left in the pursuit of justice.
