Dear Senior Officers;

Mr. Young is still breaking his conditions for release and vandalizing our property. At approx 2:30PM today Mr. Young purposely backed his van into one of the fence posts we are erecting causing damage. He continued this threats.

It has been a week and half since we informed you of other damage and assaults Mr. Young has done in violation of his conditions of release. You have not responded. Can you please inform us in writing that you do not intend to carry out your duties. Further, I would like you to clarity for us exactly what the purpose of conditions for release are. Is it some type of goal that certain offenders like to see how many times and creative ways they can break them before it is taken seriously. Or perhaps conditions of release don't apply to all offenders? I have not broken any conditions of my release so I gather you have graced Mr. Young with a different criteria of offender behavior.
