RE: Freedom of Information Act Request


Dear Mr Burgess;

This letter is an official request under the FOIA.

I am formally requesting all info your office and ministry has had or does have regarding or about me. This must include all faxes, emails, video's (and video taped statements) audio files, text files, court appearances documents, transcripts, inter office memos, letters and any and all documents soft or hard copy with my name on it.

Just out of curiosity are you the same Mr. Burgess that is involved in the Stewart wrongful conviction?

It's my understanding that even Canadian’s made homeless by the actions of the Belleville’s Crown's Office are still entitled to protection under the Human Rights Code, the Charter of Rights and International Law, if you feel that I’m mistaken and I have lost all my human rights please inform me.

Off the record, you can tell me, are you doing this because of Project Truth?

Pursuant to your ongoing legal duty to provide disclosure I am requesting that you provide me with all the evidence you and the Court used to maliciously prosecute myself.

My malicious prosecution was halted and delayed three months because the Crown Ms Deluzia was unable to continue. (and your agent and witness Mr. Young was not finished harassing and assaulting me as you see in the video tapes) However, it appears that the three-month wait had nothing to do with Elaine’s schedule, as a different Crown was now maliciously prosecuting me. I would like his name. So we didn't have to wait three months, and I didn't have to be made homeless after all, eh? I also didn't have to be assaulted by your witness against me either, huh? Guess I just have bad luck eh?

Anyway I still need the following....

As stated above all personal info your ministry has in it's possession as well as the disclosure you didn't feel like giving me for my attempted vigorous defence.

Two 911 calls requesting help to protect myself and family from assaults by your perjuring witnesses.

I also need the transcript your new Crown Attorney and Trial Judge used against me, I am or should be allowed to see all the evidence against me, is that not true? So could I please have that sir? I am requesting it under the FOIA regardless.

I will follow up with a payment and copy of this letter sent via Canada Post to process my official request and a further payment to process the appeal when you refuse to provide me with the documents two Acts of Parliament state I have legal rights to.

Mr. Young continues to make death threats which I do not have on video tape since his harassment surprised me outside of the town of Cardiff. I’m sure I will be able to provide the Court with his future criminal harassments. He has taken to following me in his car, beeping his horn in an attempt to cause an accident. I’m sure he will be falsely accusing me, with no evidence other than his perjuring testimonies, of such actions shortly as this is a recurrent pattern of his.
