On September 5, 2006 we filed an appeal in the Belleville Superior Court of conviction and sentence set down by Judge Stephen Hunter of the Bancroft Criminal Court. Here Mr Tim Young Of Cardiff, is caught on film violating a court order, namely to stay off our property. He was charged with about ten counts of violating such orders. After vandalizing our small porch light and banging on our side door with a 4x4 (a fence post he broke with his van a day earlier), Senior Crown Attorney Mr Lee Bugress, felt it was in your or his best interest to drop this and some 17 other serious Criminal Charges. This included a very serious charge which has caused a serious injury, to myself. Mr Young, knowing Judge Steven Hunter, and Mr Lee Burgess would not hold him accountable for crimes of violence, then assaulted me with his van. This very troubling if not terrorizing act was video taped and still Mr Burgess felt he should obstruct justice. We have asked him why, he just ignores us or has his underlings redirest us to the Kingston Crowns Office or the OPP who also have no answers. Maybe the Attorney General can explain Mr Burgess's actions. You can email Attorney General Bryant here and ask him if you like.

Our Attorney General who has stated our courts should be transparent and open is our inspiration for uploading the Belleville Crown's disclosure for all to see in an open and transparent way also said something else. He says that no Prosecutor or police officer in Ontario would shave even an hour off of a jail sentence when a million dollars is paid. (Please allow time for these videos to load) Bryant Speech Part 1 We find this laughable because in our case when we were forced to call 911 for police protection due to the fact that Mr. Young had threatened to kill us and did assault me, refusing to leave our property. The attending officer paid us $ 5 and left the scene. This had the effect of allowing Mr. Young to continue to terrorize us. In fact, he went on to rack up 3 more assaults, 3 more criminal harassment, and about 10 breaches of court orders. So what the Attorney General says and what actually happens are two completely different things. Maybe you would like to ask him (EMAIL LINK) why he appears to be a liar and allows a double standard to be employed throughout his Justice System.

On August 14, 2006 the Crown Attorney's Office of Belleville in conjunction with the Kingston Crown Attorney's Office effectively let the residents of Ontario know that criminal behaviors are not only condoned but will be white washed within their jurisdictions. Not only will criminals be given sweetheart deals but victims will be revictimized by the Justice System in Ontario. This is a sad commentary for Ontario and Canada. II'm sure many of you who have been following what has been occurring regarding Mr. Young's accusations against me you might like to know what occurred on June 20, 2006. I was acquited of the Mischief Charge of putting up a Security Light. To learn more click on the "Survivors Area" .

I If you listened to some of the things Mr. Young has been saying, for example: i.e. "go ahead and tape all you want, bitch." He clearly knows that he is not going to be held accountable. This raises more very serious questions. If the book we have been writing has some heroes it would be a few of the OPP Officers and a Justice of the Peace in Belleville Ontario who clearly understand and know we have not done a thing illegal. This site is equivalent to watching a staged train wreck in slow motion and a Justice System slowly and publically boiling alive survivors of sexual abuse in oil. The message is abundantly clear. Speak out about child abuse and the Justice System will use whatever means at it's disposal to destroy your life.

We do not know why. On February 13 we filed a motion to dismiss the charges against us. Motion was filed with the Court and a copy delivered to the Crown Attorney.
