Introduction
Here is court darling Mr. Tim Young both violating a court order to stay off
our property and trespassing at night. Never mind he had just vandalized our
porch light (like almost burning down our garage that way wasn't enough) and pounding on our
door screaming at us for andy to come out and fight with him. This is all totally
legal in Ontario apparently if done by a crown witness testifying against you
for he alleged.

welcome to this sad page. This is a bazaar but true and ongoing story.
Basically, a person pictured above moved in next door to my wife and I. Things were
fine until we objected to his selling drugs to the Cardiff Ontario neighborhood kids.
He then began to terrorize us. He has threatened to get my wife alone and kill her, the courts will not protect us and in fact attempted to cover-up
his crimes.
This person has stated, terrorizing us is a game to him and that he works for the police/Govt, what I think he was saying is he works for
the crown as a paid witness/liar.
While I was required to provide the govt with pictures, video and audio proof of criminal harassment, death threats, vandalizim and multipul
assaults, which I did. The man pictured above was able to have me charged with installing a security lite and a crime that doesn't even exist.
He was able to do this after he almost burned down my garage. The Crown refused to provide me with a document needed to obtain legal
aid, so I was forced to defend myself in court, I beat the charge of putting up a security lite but was covicted of a crime that doesn't exist.
The big problem now is the court transcripts have been totally altered, most of the lies I caught the crowns witness in have been removed.
So this makes the appeal of this wrongful conviction almost impossible. I do see this going all the way to the surpreme court. That or mr
young will carry out his threats to kill us. He is still harassing us.
We are reorganizing this page, with a time line and all the audio and video evidence we handed over to the crown/Govt. We want to make
what has happened to us easier to understand. Then perhaps you or the govt/courts can explain why this could have happened.
Noel and I are both victims of child sexual abuse, it appears to us and others around this world because we speak out about child abuse
we were targeted. Maybe the reason we were targeted and attacked has something to do with the public inquiry into a pedophile ring
operating in the eastern Ontario Justice System. Everyone (well paid civil servants) involved refuses to answer any questions so we are left
to guess.
It's our hope to prevent this from happening to you.
If you wish to encourage Judge Stephen Hunter, Belleville Crown Lee Burgess or Adam Zargarous and their boss Attorney General Bryant to continue this type of obstruction of justice, you can contact them through the Premier's web site, he does want to hear from you.
I now think we were made homeless by the Government of Ontario because, homeless people don't usually have the ability to Appeal. That is why they took the risk of totally altering the transcripts. The other reason is plain, they must have thought no one who is homeless
could run their own internet server. Maybe they will now think twice about using the courts and tax dollars to harm Survivors of childhood
sex abuse. My question to the well paid public servants is this, which letter in the word Survivor has you stumped?
Maybe we are wrong, and the tax payers of Ontario want their kids sexually abused and want the Crown to not follow federal guidelines to
avoid wrongful convictions. Maybe the Liberals were elected to office because the voters want tax dollars used for malicious prosecutions
or for personal and despicable reasons.
