Dear Sirs;

As you must know from our faxes to your office we are victims or Mr Young's threats, vandalism and other crimes. We are very concerned about his egg throwing at our hydro terminal and his throwing of lit cigerettes on our roof and at the side of our house, is there any way you could get him to stop this before he sets another fire?

We noted that in your last letters several months ago you write that Officer Dickson would get in touch with us, any idea when that will happen?

We also note that due to our last fax reporting new crimes committed by Mr Tim Young while under a release order you or someone from your office sent (perhap he was visiting Mr Young on an unrelated matter) Officer Vanderwoude. The Officer stated he would be back in a few days to follow up. However this has not happened. As we are living in fear for our lives I'm asking you to do one simple thing. I really don't wish to waste time faxing you if you are unable or unwilling to help.

Can you please confirm that you will not be providing any police services to us. Since the last time you responded Mr Young has broken his conditions of release agreement and caused more damage to our property.

If you could just say, what your intentions are we will respect them and not bother to report further crimes. As alway we have documented Mr Young's crimes, should you care to do something.

One last thing it appears Mr Young is cooking methamphime and selling it to the local kids, this would explain a great many things. Of course this is not your concern, this is a federal level crime, however my understanding is the process can cause an explosion resulting it death. I just want it on the record that I told you what it appears to be and that many people may be harmed or killed. It's possible I'm wrong and Mr. Young is actually cooking special baby food there is some evidence of this.
