It is important to remember while viewing these files that these
assaults were occurring while Mr. Young was falsely testifying against me and
under court order to stay off my property and have no contact with either my wife or
me. Further one of the reasons the fence went up was Mr. Young was falsely stating in court
that our dogs were jumping on him and his family. We find this extremely suspect
because there is absolutely no evidence and in fact Mr. Young was pelting our dogs with
rocks for months.
Furthermore, a few days prior to this incident my wife and I had gone to the Bancroft
court house pleading with them to do something about Mr. Young's overt criminal conduct towards us.
We had even sent a fax to Judge Hunter c/o of the Crown.
We were distraught that no one was doing anything concerning
Mr. Young's escalations and felt he was becoming more and more out of control. As you will see in the video
this is a result of their negligence. We wondered if this
is a normal part of Ontario Justice where a Crown's witness who's ordered to stay away from you assaults and
harasses you on a daily basis.
