Timely reply from the Bancroft OPP to the Crown requests for disclosure as a result our written requests for disclosure to the Crown Attorney's Office involving this case. None of which has been received to date. Our written requests for disclosure to the Crown were made to the Crown on November 29, December 5, December 12 and December 18 of 2005.

Timely reply to our request to be informed in writing as to exact charges laid against Mr. Young as was alluded to by Officer Moore when they arrested me on the night of November 26.

The name of the officer who was tall, thin and smoked who also attended the night of Mr. Young's attempted arson on November 3, 2005.
