What is this pipe coming our of Mr. Young's side Kitchen window???
As we had been told by one OPP Officer it was in our best interest to have audio and video tapes
to document Mr. Young's vandalisms and harassment. We set this up so both would run pretty much 24/7 as
Mr. Young's criminal activities were both random and frequent. We had noticed in the past that occasionally
our hydro service would be interrupted for a few minutes and then start back up again. It wasn't until we
started taping that we discovered that this occurred several times that a small pipe would be extended out
the side kitchen window of Mr. Youngs rental. Note to the left of the shutter of the right window. This was
the first time we noticed that there was a small circular 'shutter' next to the black window shutters. If you
look closely at the window you will first see the window slide open a bit
and then the pipe comes out. The screen then goes out as our power is interrupted.
This activity generally was accompanied by the side of our house roof being bombarded with raw eggs. Yes picture
that smell after a day or two.
