Before you start yelling at a Survivor because you didn't recieve a fax, check that your machine is working properly. You have stated that you have not recieved two faxes. After the first one we checked our equipment, it appeared to be working fine. Still, having respect for the opp at that time we changed our fax to an ibm computer, that gets a confirmation buffer(info) packet. Our computer was told by your fax that yes i got your message. If others are saying what i'm saying, i mean if ppl are complaining that they sent you a fax, and you say that you didn't get it, your fax or computer software may have a bug. If you got angry and arrested me because your fax is broken, that's a shame. You know, by charging me, i would have to lie to the bank to access my assets full worth. What i'm respectfully asking for today, as you attempt to ruin me and my life in businesses, is full names the officers/parties (correct spelling) and badge numbers. Officer dickson full name and badge number. Officer moore's full name and badge number. The chief of the bancroft opp's name and badge number. The police officer that arrived the nite mr young tried to burn down our garage. He is very tall, thin, smokes and questoined me about my repair job. He was also at the station the day i presented myself for arrest, because I would not mediate with the man that vandalized my property and threatened to kill my lovely caring and compasionate wife. he suggested (as did I) that officer Moore not cut the opp patch off his uniform, saying he had a drawer of them at home. I don't know who this is, perhaps he is the cheif? If so i only need the info from three opp police. Given these facts these facts I prefer to communicate in print only. I will ask once more, is (Moore)certain that he has not referred to me disrespectfully as a clown? In failing health, andy efremov ps this letter was written while i was suffering a bad migraine, blah blah...... ![]() Andy Efremov Bancroft Ontario K0L 1C0 email: admin@asarian-intl.org December 15, 2005 Bancroft Detachment OPP Attn: Staff Sergeant Barry Freeburn Detachment Commander Re: Letter dated December 1, 2005 Dear Sergeant Freeburn, Thank you for your letter dated December 1, 2005 post marked December 10, 2005 and received the 14th of December 2005. With regards to legal counsel, as you know your actions and that of your friend Mr Young have caused serious problems for my family and organization. So as much as I would like to hire really good lawyers, it's not possible at this time, though thank you for the info regarding the courts. In regards to the last paragraph of your letter, the conditions of my release from your jail while unfair and unjustifiable are not the big problem, as you know. It would not be enough to cause me to lose my home and or a great deal of money. So you assumed wrong. I thought police worked on facts not assumptions. That could explain a lot of the things that have happened since about July of this year. The problem is, as I have explained is that being charged with crimes I didn't do prevents me from getting a bank loan that I was in the process of applying for just prior to my arrest. I would have to lie on an application, which would be a crime. So while breaking laws is not a problem for folks like Mr. Moore and Mr Young, it for me. Thank you very much for the badge numbers. I still need the badge number of OPP Officer Sue Cox. I also do not have the name or badge number of the female Officer that was with Officer Dickson the night of the attempted arson. Can you please provide that also? Could you also tell me if Mr Young was charged with any crime? Also whether throwing things at my home, menacing my lovely spouse or sending his son to ride his bike in my back yard would be breaking his conditions. Further if Mr Young was charged, which of the six or seven incidents are these charges pertaining to? Or were the charges, based on work the OPP did, rather than evidence I gathered and gave to Officer Dickson on a CD. I really do need to know, in the interest of justice. I understand that your position as communicated via Officer Moore that Mr Young merely has to state I said something or waived at him and I will be hauled off to jail. Is there equality here; does that condition also apply to me or not? I am happy you are not ignoring me or Survivors. Is it possible that you read the article about Martin Kruse and or that you actually care about Survivors? If that is the case, you could help all survivors everywhere (indirectly) by trying to find some work for me. As it stands now, Noel, my lovely wife and I will not be celebrating Christmas or her birthday due to circumstances beyond our control. I can install and repair any type of garage door. I still have the sawmill so if you know of anyone that needs lumber or custom milling. My locally mined and made jewellery is on sale at Lakeside Gems. Sincerely, Andy ![]() Andy Efremov
PO Box Bancroft Ontario K0L 1C0 email: admin@asarian-intl.org Fax Number: January 5, 2006 St/Sgt Barry Freeburn Bancroft Detachment 64 Monck St, Box 640 Bancroft Ontario K0L 1C0 Re: Refusal to provide badge numbers Dear St/Sgt Barry Freeburn, We have not received the badge numbers of the other two officers that attended the night Mr. Young tried to burn down our garage. It's taken over 6 weeks to get badge numbers, is that normal in the OPP? The officer that was asking me about my work installing the lite has not been identified yet? Also the other lady police officer that arrived on November 3, 2005, the night of the attempted arson; what was her name and badge number that we requested in our December 15th fax to you? We have not been contacted by either Officers Moore or Dickson regarding charges that may or may not have been laid against Mr. Young. Again we are requesting clarification of which of the six or seven documented incidence Mr. Young has been charged with, if in fact he has been charged. I also need to know if the charges against me are scheduled for the same court date (January 24, 2005, 8:30AM) as the charges that Officer Dickson may or may not have laid against Mr. Young. As victims of his criminal behavior I believe we have the right to know when that will occur and if and when we need to be there to testify in that court case and whether again we would be placed in jeopardy. We would also like to talk to Victim's Services but do not know how to contact them. Can you please advise us regarding that matter. Regarding the officer that attended the night of the attempted arson (the tall thin, smoking officer) that would have been the night of November 3, 2005. Also were you the acting chief of police during this time period from mid summer 2005 forward. Sincerely, Andy Efremov ![]() Andy Efremov PO Box Bancroft Ontario K0L 1C0 email: admin@asarian-intl.org fax/phone: January 11, 2006 Staff Sergant B.G. Freeburn Bancroft Detachment 64 Monck St, Box 640 Bancroft Ontario K0L 1C0 Dear Staff Sergant Freeburn: Thank you for your response dated January 9, 2006 and received by us on January 12, 2006. Can you identify which is the female officer that attended that evening. Was it Officer Allan or Sgt Hattin? You noted that Mr. Young is scheduled for appearance on January 24, 2006. I plan to attend all of the hearings as a result of charges laid against Mr. Young. I will also be informing the Crown Attorney that I wish to testify in court at the proceedings against Mr. Young. I have informed the Crown Attorney's Office that I intend to persue the charges against me and the charges laid against Mr. Young to trial. I requested that I be informed of the exact charges laid against Mr. Young by Officer Dickson and I have yet to get verification of exact charges laid and to which of the 6 or 7 incidents that it pertains to, or are the charges laid based on separate police work. As I'm sure you are aware, Officer Dickson received a significant amount of evidence with which to lay charges against Mr. Young when I turned over a CD to him with accumulated evidence including previous faxes, statements of harassment and death threats, damages to our property and unlawful trespass at night, to your office, also audio tapes, photographs etc. It is imperative that I know exactly what charges were filed. In the event that Mr. Young was not charged to the fullest extent of the law, I are ready to file additional charges on or before January 24, 2006 when I am due to attend the Bancroft Court. Further I want to mention that to date the Crown Attorney has only received disclosure, occurence reports and police notes of Officer Moore. The OPP Bancroft Office has withheld the same information I requested from the other officers who were in attendance during the incidents alleged by Officer Moore and Mr. Young. As the Commanding Officer of the Bancroft Detachment can you please tell me why you have chosen not to give full disclosure to the Crown on our behalf, or encourage your officer's to give full disclosure, involving events that occurred at our home since approximately August of 2005? Justice delayed is justice denied. Further the disclosure sent to us by the Crown listed property of ours held at the OPP Bancroft Office. Only my cross bow is listed and not included is my wife's expensive long bow that was also turned over to Officer Moore. Is this a result of questionable police work/procedures or has alleged evidence begun to go missing? Sincerely, Andy Efremov |
