Re: Official Request for Disclosure

Dear Crown Attorney;

Good Tuesday morning:

Last week (I think) OPP Officer Dickson finally charged my neighbour Mr. Timothy Young with the evidence I have been providing him (pictures of damages, video clips and audio evidence, signed statements etc) and the police over the last 3 months. It appears Mr Young feels that he is above the law and freely admits, or has to my wife and myself, the vandalisms and threats he has done to us. Given that I have suffered huge losses I feel it's in the best interest of justice that the full weight of the law be applied. Can you please look over the evidence that is now listed on our website http://www.thevandalnextdoordeaththreatsandmore.asar-intl.com. The statement from myself and Noel, from the night of the attempted arson is not yet finished. I would like to talk to the firemen that arrived and took apart the security light, and other witnesses, to this failed arson attempt. Mr Young was told many times that his ungoing criminal trespassing and damages to our motion detector security light could possibly start a fire. Aware of the potential disasters of his actions he continued this behavior.

Unfortunately, because I refused to meet with Mr Young , Officer Moore, came to my home and very publically arrested me.

This letter is an official request for disclosure. I will be getting legal help, but I will be handling most of my defense. The disclosure I immediately require is all occurance reports and witness statements pertaining to all of Mr. Young's complaints of damages, threats and other criminal activity on my part toward him or anyone else.

I'm pleading with you and others in our justice community to expedite this matter.

The main problem is Officer Moore has, for all practical purposes, frozen most of my assets by charging me based on what i think are malicious and unsubstantiated lies, retaliation by Mr. Young.

Please work with me here, what I also need (not today) are the notes from all the officers involved. And there has been quite a parade of OPP officers investigating the vandalism, threats and damages done against my wife and me. Whenever possible I have asked for their business cards as you will see.

Most important are the specifics (times dates places) that are alledged. Honestly I have not a clue to what I have done, I'm not that bright, so every single action I do, I stop and think, what would a reasonable person do it this circumstance. I very honestly do not think I have broken any laws at all.

Maybe there are also video tapes, audio tapes and other forms of evidence against me, but seeing that I won't break the laws of our great land, I must have a doppleganger or long lost twin.

My wife, who has continually been threatened, and I are really shocked and dismayed. This whole situation has been surreal.
