In another lie, or attempt to mislead the court, Mr Young states that what he considers "incidents" worthy of expensive criminal court proceedings started on Dec 31 of 2002. Later corrected to Dec 31 of 2003. And even though he also lied about weather his son worked for me, I have a cancelled pay check (see bottom of page), to his son for yardwork, made payable to Jackie Young Friolet. So not only was he working for me, things didn't become a problem until 2004, when we objected to his selling drugs to kids. To anyone with any sort of logic or basic intelligence the evidence supports the truth, exactly what Noel and I have been saying since day one. One other interesting note, it states in a police report, for some unknown reason that Mr. Young does not know my name. i.e. he states, my neighbor's taking pictures and I don't know his name. The police report is dated from 2005 (not shown). The Young's must have known my name when they cashed my check because it's right on the top left corner of the check. We have no idea why he would lie in a police report stating he doesn't know my name. I can accept being called a hypocrite, why should I complain about Mr. Young selling drugs to kids when I admit to purchasing drugs from him. In my defence, how would I know for sure he was selling dope, if I didn't actually see him and buy some from him? Also one really thoughtful court judge has recommended that i be given a certificate to legally be allowed to possess marijuana for chronic pain. And unlike the govt of Ontario or their well-paid civil servants, i personally feel kids should not be, buying drugs from any adults-people who really should know better.   |
