I am trying here to tell Judge Hunter that the fabricated stories are retaliatory
in nature. i.e. Mr. Young got charged and then made up the stories.
Noel told me to make notes after the first part of the trial while it was fresh in my
mind. In my notes I have it written that when I asked Mr. Young when he wrote the stories
he gave two different answers. I then asked which one was it. Angrily Mr. Young said "When
they told me to."
That part has been removed from the transcript and I sure would like to know who told him
to do this. Still if you look Mr. Young says initially that he wrote the stories AFTER he was
arrested.
