These video files were first recorded on an infrared camera, to a VCR 8 hour tape. Then taped with a digital camera from a TV. Then down loaded to an asarian-intl.org work station. Then converted to quicktime video format. Then uploaded to the bancroftrocks.com web site. WHY? BECAUSE IF I CALLED THE OPP, OFFICER MOORE WOULD ARRIVE ON THE SCENE, TELL ME I WOULD HAVE TO WRITE MR YOUNG A LETTER AND MEDIATE WITH HIM OR BE ARRESTED. Noel, I and the kids (our dogs) went for a drive. When we got home Mr Young was waiting for us. I asked Noel to go into the house and get the tape recorder, wait at the side door. As I walked down the drive way Mr Young left his house went to his van, as I approached he started saying things to me under his breathe, he then began spitting at me calling me a retard. I stopped looked at Noel at the door took a few steps. Mr. Young again spit at me in the face, I said to Noel 'you shouldn't spit at your neighbours'. Mr Young called me a retard, and jumped in the our conversation. He then spits at me for the third time. I want to be clear here, Officer Moore will arrest me, for assaulting Mr. Young's saliva with my face and breaching my peace bond, while I can't even move my hands in Mr Young’s presence he, of course, is free to assault me, threaten me and Noel and do what he likes. This is how the Ontario Provincial Police (or as Noel says a very few OPP) treat survivors in Ontario. I have a question for the Federal Minister of Justice, if we in Canada are all equal, what happens to a person who spits at a judge, policeman or correctional officer? What about a person he has agreed to have no contact with? My view was we are all equal, this idea is bullshit. April 13-14: On April 13th I noticed more damage to the sawmill. In particular the fuel system was tampered with so that when the fuel line was opened gasoline started to spill and drip on the motor. On April 14th when Mr. Young was gone I felt safe enough to make repairs on the driveway. Soon after, however, Mr. Young arrived home and became livid muttering his ongoing undescript threats and harassments. I continued to ignore him as usual. I continued to repair the damage. About two minutes later Mr. Young returned to his favorite rock throwing window, opened it a little bit and poured a glass of fluid out demonstrating how gasoline leaks from a fuel system when the gasket and parts are removed. Deductive reasoning, common sense, Mr. Young's pride in his vandalism and previous actions where he lets me know he is responsible for damages to my property tells me and others that he is responsible and proud of his latest vandalism. April 14: The following two part video shows what we were doing on our property to provoke Mr. Young's latest wrath. This video is split into due to size. Mr. Young has already come out of his house, pounded on the Jimmy roof and the Jimmy hood because he may have erroneously felt we were too close to his van, however, Noel was standing in the garage with a camera and tape recorder guiding me into the garage and watching that I would not hit Mr. Young's van or even go on his property. Because of Mr. Young striking my Jimmy several times and pelting it with rocks again I decided to hand crank the back of the saw mill up and push it over by hand rather than have to pull the Jimmy forward and reposition the saw mill again. (This is extremely hard on the equipment and no one should be forced to put their livelihood at risk due to someone's ongoing criminal actions. What you are allowing Mr. Young to do to me is very unfair). Mr. Young apparently feels that screaming at my wife and calling out to her 'record all you want bitch...Get the fuck away from the van'(the van was about 50 feet away from her at the time) as she is directing me while I'm backing up the sawmill is not communicating with me or my wife, which he is forbidden to do based on his conditions of release. He even liked it less when she began to tape his threatening and destructive antics. Mr. Young's Violation of Arrest Conditions Log January 24, 2006 Mr. Young stated he had not yet found a lawyer. The judge allowed a continence for Mr. Young to find a lawyer. First appearance before the court. Our position was that we were still trying to get disclosure. There were 8 police officers involved in this the case and we needed their notes and all the 911 tapes we initially asked for from the Crown. The presiding Judge said that we would deal with that during our next court date of February 14, 2006. Interestingly, Mr. Young decided to sit himself in the seat right in front of us where he could periodically turn around and glare. That not being sufficient, he had mutter "F*ckin goof". February 21, 2006 At one stage during the recess I went outside and Noel stayed inside (usually we stay together since Mr. Young had begun his harassment). I wasn't outside very long when Mr. Young came outside with his wife and passed close to me saying "Are you F*ckin crazy, you're going on a trip". I was rather shocked and went back inside immediately, Noel was just coming out the door of the courtroom so I told her what he said. She said I was shaking and that when she saw them get up to go outside right after me she realized that something might happen. She commented that we already knew he had no respect for the law so it's no surprise he has no respect for the courts either. Once again it has become apparent that Mr. Young has no respect for the law or the Courts. As we mentioned regarding his comments to us during Court appearances Mr. Young doesn't know how to control his behavior. This represents about the 7th time he has violated the terms of his arrest. March 8, 2006 Toronto Star Internet Headlines: No Plan to Send Teachers Back; and breaking news story - Vermont Towns Want Bush Impeached. Spike had to go out to relieve himself for the night and I had to take the garbage out for pickup. I let him out front on his chain. He was quiet, scratched on the door to be let in and I let him in. I then hooked up Annie who went out to relieve herself. I went into the kitchen to get the garbage ready to put outside for pickup. I hear noise and then heard her bark twice. As I went to the door to open it up and let her in, I hear Mr. Young hollering out the window "You fuckin Retard". She barked back at him twice. I called her in and he started hollering "You fuckin Retard" and other things I couldn't quite understand over and over again. I told her to come in that she was a good girl. As I unhooked her he was hollering at me something about a light or a gro-lite. I ignored him and shut the door. So much for taking the garbage out tonight. March 28, 2006 Not surprisingly, Mr. Young once again decided to threaten us on a Court date. We decided to get to Court around 10PM. Noel had a few things to pack up for our case. After she mentioned that the Young's had left in their vehicle, she let our our dog out before we would leave. She was in the dining room and started to hear some noise. Mr. Young had come back and was hollering at the dog. When we went to the door to let the dog in he began harassing us calling names, then hollering see "you in Court you f*uckin asshole" squealing out the driveway as he left. |
