With regards to Mr. Young's signed statement (the basis of the prosecution
against me) we wonder if he actually wrote this. At times he seems to know nothing about
what he has written. When parts of it are put to him he states "so where you 're
coming up with all this stuff is beyond me". And later when asked why he wrote it
then he says I don't know and the Judge interrupts and says that's not a question, it's
an argument. I don't see it as an argument but rather permitted perjury. To us it seems
he has tried to memorize the fabricated evidence and got confused several times during
the trial.
