In response to our having installed a security light the Youngs placed an
interior light on the side corner of their back porch. It was set to shine at the back of our
house pointing it at the bedroom windows. This we didn't mention or bring up as when we sleep
we generally do so with our eyes closed.
What did concern us was that they were placing themselves and their family in grave danger because
they installed it right over a number of gasoline cans. It was obviously a temporary type of
quick installation that could readily be knocked over, potentially causing a fire at the side
of their rental. I think Mr. Young hoped by moving my light for no reason he could goad me into
retaliating and trying to move his grow light which would surely fall on the fuel cans.
I wonder what Officer Moore would have charged me with had I been criminally
negligent doing such a stupid thing.
The Crown seemed intent on trying to prove that we had installed our motion activated
detector security light solely to harass the Youngs. Yet they disregarded the fact that we had
been told by an officer of the OPP to install what was necessary to be able to capture the
vandalisms and other crimes as they occurred or there would only be 'hearsay' evidence
which is difficult to prove. Yes, we needed real proof, the Youngs could just make
up stories.
So I proceeded to question
Mrs. Young regarding the spot light the Youngs had placed at the rear side of
their house
and the reasons for that
installation. The line of questioning is shown below.
One wonders if Mrs. Young was aware that their "spot light" was a grow light. Perhaps that is
why she said she could not see their grow light clamped to their rear corner facing our home. Can you
see a light there?? In the photo shown there is an arrow pointing to the light
and in the Court House I
circled this for her. Doesn't that make one wonder how this woman could have allegedly seen me through
two panes of glass (which act like a mirror at night) and a screen allegedly pointing a 'loaded and cocked' crossbow at her. Do you
find this credible? It appears not only did the Crown have tunnel vision (or worse)
the Judge also seems to be suffering from this affliction which is a well known
cause of wrongful convictions in Canada.
Is this an example of Adam Zegouras leading the witness causing perjury??
