Both Noel and I were perplexed as to why Adam Zegouras should chose to badger Noel with regards to
the actions of religious leaders. We do not understand why or how us taking issue
to the fact that religious leaders abuse children and cover up that abuse has anything
to do with installing a security light or anything else I was falsely accused of. We recently received
an email that sheds light on this bazaar behavior. Mr. Zegouras is the
President of a
Church (approx 11th from bottom of page) Also see "Finances" from that
website which I'll quote in part here:
"For all of the above programs, our Metropolis spends approximately a $1,300,000 annually. From these funds, approximately $400,000 is received from the financial obligations of the Communities toward the Metropolis. The remainder is derived from Government grants and donations from the faithful." It would appear that the Government just gives hundreds of thousands of dollars to this group. Adam gets paid well over a hundred thousand dollars a year for his lawyering job with Lee Burgess. I sincerely think having religious leaders as Crown Attorneys is an obvious perceived conflict of interest. Having religious leaders as Crown attorneys, who badger victims of child abuse about a website calling attention to the fact religious leaders abuse kids is deplorable. And doing this during a malicious prosecution about something totally different is a documented conflict of interest. If just a small portion of this public tax money was given to help Survivors, we could actually do something to stop child abuse. The taxpayers in this vicious and malicious prosecution are being fleeced, to finance the Crown Attorney's conflict of interest. Don't fault Adam, after we were deliberately made homeless and allowed to be assaulted by a Nazi stamp collecting anti Semitic vandal, no one expected we would be able to appeal this abortion of justice no less keep our internet server alive, well and growing. Hey who knew eh? It appears to us that under Attorney General Bryant the concepts of impartially, integrity, ethics and overwhelming conflicts of interest have become irreverent. We are bringing this to the attention to the the Federal Justice Department, Ontario Justice Minister, the anti-survivor attorney of Ontario and the Law Society of Upper Canada, we expect Adam will be appointed as a Judge or receive a raise for doing god's work. The Government rewards folks who harm survivors of kiddy porn and child abuse, as you will see in this case. Our Courts have now become a venue for special interest groups seeking to subvert the parliamentary process in Canada. If Mr. Zegouras wants the laws changed to legalize Church sanctioned child abuse he should lobby Parliament, after all, this is a democracy. The only thing that would curb or slow Mr Young's assaults, harassment, attempted arson, death threats, vandalism, anti Semitic slurs and other anti social behavior was recording these crimes and putting them on the internet. I actually thought the Judge would say, it was a clever non-violent response to an intolerable situation. As it turned out the Judge, Crown and Government got very upset we tried to protect our home, selves and well being using the most non-violent method we could think of. However today, even given as I was made homeless by the Judge and Crown's refusal to protect us from horrendous criminal conduct of the State’s witness against us, Noel and I feel we did the morally correct thing. The Government, courts or Crown should not encourage, through malice or negligence, victims of crime to take the law into their own hand. Violence is never that answer, I hope they aren't to old or corrupt to learn that. Here, we see Adam Zegouras badgering Noel about the fact the priests abuse kids and we feel that is wrong, what that has with me installing a security light is unknown. I rarely objected to Judge Hunter's or Adam Zegouras’ badgering but here it got ridiculous. It appears to us though we got very close to the reason all this was allowed to happen to us. Now then, as you can see on the previous page the Judge wanted to know why catching Mr or Mrs Young in lies was relevant. However, when I wanted to know why he {Adam Zegouras} was badgering my lovely wife about the fact cardinals, priests, and others in power are abusing kids and also close their eyes when kids are being abused, relevance was set aside. The Judge makes the illogical quantum leap that this line of irrelevant and harassing questioning goes to "that things have been said between you {me} and Mr Young". Unless of course it was someone from the Church who was the one who told him to do this, and we talked about this, this has nothing to do with the official reasons for this vicious and malice driven abuse of process. Mr Young did say, "When they told me to" maybe that is why Judge Hunter allowed this, but I don't know. (Remember I was trying to find out who “they” were) One last interesting thing, why didn't Crown Attorney Adam Zegouras have to (like I, a sawyer, not a lawyer had to) explain the relevance? Perhaps the Judge knew he couldn't. I see this as a Judge and Government Lawyer beating up on a very lovely, thoughtful and caring lady Survivor. I do think, this section is an attempt to show us why we were put through this hell and made homeless.  |
